A contractor pulls the cable, racks the gear, sets the firewall rules, and hands over the keys. Six weeks later a new hire needs access, an access point drops, or the internet goes down on a Monday morning — and nobody in the building — or the house — knows how any of it was put together.
That handover is the failure point. Not the wiring. So we don't treat the install as the finish line — we treat it as the first month of a working relationship.

Plans are priced on the number of devices we look after, not the number of people you employ. Project work — cabling, installs, migrations — is quoted separately at a fixed scope.

Every install starts with a $150 site assessment, credited in full when you book within 30 days. Gear is bought at retail with no markup, and optional care plans start at $15/month.

We look at the building, the existing gear, and how you actually use it. $150, credited in full toward work booked within 30 days.
You get a written plan with the hardware, the layout, the timeline, and a fixed price. If something is optional, it says so.

Jordinet is a small, deliberately hands-on shop. The person who surveys your site is the person who configures your firewall and the person who picks up when something breaks — there's no tier-one queue between you and someone who knows your setup.
That comes out of years of daily IT support work: the recurring problems in small offices and homes are rarely exotic, they're the result of nobody owning the network. Jordinet exists to be that owner.
When a job needs more hands than one, we bring in vetted contractors for that project rather than padding a payroll you'd end up paying for.
