Every package includes
- Gateway, switch, and access point setup, with firmware updated and placement tuned for coverage
- A separate guest network, and a strong admin password handed over to you
- Remote access, with your permission, so we can help later without a visit
- A one-page handoff sheet: Wi-Fi names, what each device does, and how to reach us
Gear prices are approximate UniFi retail and change over time. Your assessment includes an exact parts list, and you pay retail with no markup from us.

Prices are labor only. Any extra gear is at retail.
Ongoing care (optional)
Once we've installed your network, we already know how it's put together. A care plan keeps it updated and gets you help without having to explain your setup from scratch.
Care plans are available for networks we've installed.
Not on a plan? On-site visits are $125 for the first hour, then $95/hour.

Terms
- Deposit: 50% at booking; the balance is due on completion.
- Equipment: you buy the gear on your parts list at retail price, so it's yours outright and the warranty is in your name.
- Warranty: Ubiquiti covers hardware defects. We cover our workmanship for 90 days at no charge.
- Scope: configuration and mounting on existing cable runs. New in-wall cabling is quoted separately through a licensed low-voltage partner.
- Service area: San Jose and nearby cities. A travel fee applies beyond about 25 miles.
